Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing Learning and Development interventions, with a proven track record of strengthening people capability. You will be responsible for managing formal and information communications for L&D team interventions, facilitating in-house training modules, and developing L&D dashboards for business reviews. Additionally, you will evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of Training interventions at a reaction, learning, and application level.
