Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for on-page and off-page optimization.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content development and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content for maximum search engine performance.
- Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and organic reach.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in web design and content creation.
- Perform technical SEO audits and troubleshoot any issues related to website performance, crawlability, or indexing.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for SEO success.
- Lead competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior SEO team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in SEO, with proven success in leading SEO campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and understanding of basic web development principles.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience in managing link-building strategies and off-page SEO techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of PPC and social media marketing is a plus.
