Iqra Islamic School is a faith-based K-10 educational institution. While our school upholds Islamic values, this teacher position is focused exclusively on teaching the Manitoba curriculum in various subjects and does not involve teaching religious content.
Compensation:
Higher compensation available based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Teach Science to students in grades 7-10
Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with Manitoba curriculum
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum
Qualifications
Manitoba Permanent/Provisional Teaching license required.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or related field
Strong knowledge of Math and Science curriculum standards.
Experience working with special education students is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that motivate students.
Proficient in classroom management techniques.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for all students.
