Hindi & Marathi Teacher (Classes 1-4)
• Location: Bhukum, Pune

• Experience: 2+ years (preferred)
• Job Summary:
• Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Hindi and Marathi lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop language skills through storytelling, rhymes, role-play, and interactive activities.
- Introduce students to basic grammar, vocabulary, and sentence formation in both languages.
- Encourage students to practice oral and written communication confidently.
- Conduct fun and engaging learning activities, such as poetry recitation, skits, and language games.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through worksheets, tests, and assignments.
- Provide individual attention to students needing extra support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure holistic development of students.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
• Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi/Marathi/Languages/Education.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school (preferred).
- Strong understanding of CBSE language curriculum and NEP 2020 recommendations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Hindi and Marathi.
- Ability to create an engaging and joyful learning experience for young students.
- Proficiency in interactive teaching techniques and classroom management.
