Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and talented tutors for Part-Time Hindi tutor role in UpEd Learning Solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to individual academic needs of students with advanced technologies in the field and gain valuable experience in teaching domain.
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students.
Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' academic goals, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
Assess student learning progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and assignments with company support.
Identify and regulate learning gaps in schools by employing effective teaching strategies and methodologies.
Motivate and encourage students to actively participate in the learning process and develop confidence in their learning abilities.
Communicate regularly with parents and provide them updates on student progress.
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, student performance, and parent feedback.
Qualifications:
Any Degree, B.Ed / B.A in Hindi or ( Upto Praveshika) and the ability to handle multiple subjects is Preferable
Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or educator, preferably in a one-on-one or small group setting.
Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and establish a supportive learning environment.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
Experience in using Digital Teaching tools for more engaged online classes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
