About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hindi Teacher to join our team at Nalanda Vidyaniketan, a renowned K-12 institution in Vijayawada. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering the CBSE curriculum effectively while creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Hindi to assigned grade levels in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
Prepare detailed lesson plans with engaging activities and assessments.
Conduct periodic tests and maintain academic records.
Maintain a disciplined and interactive learning space.
Share academic progress and collaborate with parents.
Participate in regular training, workshops, and peer review sessions.
Qualification Requirements:
A postgraduate degree (MA) in Hindi or any graduate/postgraduate with completed Hindi-related certifications/courses from a recognized institution.
B.Ed. is preferred, and M.Ed. is an added advantage for senior-level roles.
Must have a good command of spoken and written Hindi, with working proficiency in English and MS Office tools.
Experience Levels:
Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). Responsible for teaching across different grades.
Master Level: 4–8 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). May mentor junior teachers and take additional academic responsibilities.
Developer Level: ++ years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred). Leads curriculum planning and Hindi department initiatives.
Screening Process:
Subject-Wise Written Test: To evaluate command over Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
Proficiency Test: Assessing skills in MS Office and digital classroom tools.
Reading Test: Online evaluation of fluency, clarity, and pronunciation via MS Teams.
Teaching Demo: Sample class to assess delivery, interaction, and clarity.
