Position: Subject Teacher – Hindi (Middle School, Secondary, Senior Secondary)
Institution: MIT World Peace School - Latur, an initiative by MIT World Peace University (Formerly MIT Pune)
Qualifications:
• For Grades 11-12: M.A. / B.Ed. in Hindi.
• For Grades +-10: M.A. / B.Ed. in Hindi.
• For Grades 3-8: B.A. in Hindi and D.Ed. / B.Ed. / Pravin / Visharad or any other equivalent examination.
Reports to: Coordinator and Vice Principal
Department/School: Latur - MIT World Peace School
Primary Purpose:
• Plan and prepare courses and lessons, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for grades 3rd to 5th and grades 6th to 8th.
• Proactively engage in teaching students.
• Motivate, facilitate, and teach according to the educational needs of the pupils.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons catering to the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
• Prepare weekly assignments for each assigned batch.
• Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
• Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students.
• Communicate, consult, and provide feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the need arises.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of the Hindi language and ability to handle learners from middle school and secondary sections.
• Preferred candidates will have school teaching experience along with experience in scholastic exam training.
• Clear understanding of teaching and learning needs of foundation course students who need to excel in school as well as competitive exams.
• Preference for candidates with a habit of continuous self-learning.
• Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills
