Job Description:

R V Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Hindi Telecallers to join our team. This part-time, work-from-home role involves providing information about our products, services, and offers to customers. As a Hindi Telecaller, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, understand customer needs, and resolve queries over the phone.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to and from customers.
• Provide detailed information about R V Pvt. Ltd.'s products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow R V Pvt. Ltd.'s guidelines and scripts for consistent communication.

Requirements:
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass.
• Freshers with a keen interest in customer support are welcome.
• Proficiency in Hindi with good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet skills.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively.
• A quiet and distraction-free work environment at home.
