Job Opening | Hiring Affiliate Marketing Executive/Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in affiliate management, and a strong network of connections within the industry.
Responsibilities:
1) Recruit & manage new affiliates & partners
2) Manage, Monitor, analyze & improve affiliate performance to improve overall efficiency of the Affiliate campaigns.
3) Grow returns from top performing affiliates
4) Hands on experience creating and managing campaigns on LinkConnector, Commission Junctions and other affiliate networks
5) Collaborate with other teams (including marketing, creative, and tech) to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
6) Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Content Marketing, Google Ads, Social Media Campaigns & SEO.
7) Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
8) Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Requirements:
1) At least 2 years of experience in affiliate management within the performance marketing industry.
2) Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3) Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
4) Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPI, CPR, CPA, CPL, CPE, etc.).
5) Experience with affiliate management software such as FuseClick, HasOffers, Cake, or TUNE.
6) Strong knowledge in Google Ads, PPC Campaigns, On-Page & Off Page SEO, LinkedIn Promotion, Twitter & Facebook & Instagram Ads, Social Media Marketing, E-mail Marketing,
7) Strong Knowledge in Google Webmaster & Google Analytics.
