We are seeking experienced Architects and Civil Engineers to collaborate on U.S.-based residential housing projects located in New Mexico, USA.
The selected professionals will help us design five model house types that will serve as base templates for customer selection and customization.
• Strong knowledge of IBC (International Building Code)
• Familiarity with local AHJ regulations and Fire Codes
• Experience in steel structure residential or light commercial building design
• Proficiency in preparing construction drawings and coordination with U.S. permitting standards
• Ability to interpret redlines and apply code-compliant modifications

• Sample drawings and previous project references
• Design concept guidelines and architectural references for each model type
Engagement:
• Remote collaboration with regular design reviews
• Ongoing opportunity for future U.S. projects
