Provide support services to Insolvency Professionals.
Due diligence of the Resolution. Applicant.
Resolution plan preparation while ensuring the compliance of the applicable laws to the target entity.
Minutes preparation and coordination with the creditors.
Other activities within the domain of insolvency code.
Excellent team player with positive & proactive attitude
Ability to work independently.
