Job Description
We are looking for confident, very tech-savvy individuals for the post of "IT Operations Executive" to join our team at Mohali.
The candidate will get an opportunity to work with overseas clients and get exposure to live IT projects.
Work Responsibilities:
-Client interaction through Email & Phone
- Manage Social Media accounts
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Website Audit, Competitor Analysis, On-page & Off-page SEO,Content promotion etc.
-Manage Microsoft Excel and Documents
-Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
-Create PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) as assigned
-Manage Social media accounts, blogs, etc.
-Manage business development operations and work on platforms like up work, guru, etc.
-Learning new tools and platforms online
-Handle design-related tasks and operate tools like Canva.
Key Skills
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Online Research
- Good verbal & written communication
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
Candidates with the following qualities will be preferred.
- Good listener
- Attention to detail
- Hardworking
- Passion to learn

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
