Delivery Boys for a Food Delivery App
Details of the role
Delivery Partner is required to pick up food items from restaurants and deliver to customers over a 2-wheeler bike or cycle.
He will receive orders through a mobile application from the nearest restaurants which have to be delivered to the address specified in the app itself.
Their payouts are processed on a weekly basis.
Payout Structure
The payout of Delivery Partners has several components like
Basic Pay (Fixed),
Distance Pay (Variable basis delivery distance),
Milestone Incentives(Daily Order milestone Bonuses) ,etc.
Other Benefits:
Medical insurance cover upto 1 lakh; Accidental Insurance cover upto 10 lakh.
Joining Bonus (Varies across cities)
Flexible working hours (Partners can choose to log-in at their preferred time of convenience
