Role Description

This role will focus on both developing business and implementing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) software suite, which includes:
• Compensation
• Talent Acquisition
• Talent Management
• Performance Management
• Learning
• Absence
• Time Tracking
• Payroll

You will work closely with law firms’ and other key professional service firms’ HR Teams to:
• Streamline processes
• Improve data accuracy
• Provide insights for strategic decision-making

You will leverage your influence, expertise, and network to grow our client base and deliver quality results to Workday clients.

You will create opportunities to develop and sustain a high performing, diverse, and inclusive team that will contribute to the success of Harbor.

This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely from the United States, Canada, or the UK (must be legally authorized to work in that country).

Responsibilities
• Drive Workday business development activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
• Identify opportunities leveraging existing client relationships and networks.
• Partner with internal colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle implementation initiatives.
• Lead project workstreams, including identification and documentation of business requirements.
• Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, and defining support procedures.
• Create and execute test/use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing workstreams.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and/or opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.

Qualifications
• Certifications Required: Workday HCM, Workday Integration
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Computer and Information Science
• Ability and/or proven record of success in implementing an HCM system.
• Ability to direct a team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
• 8+ years of consulting experience and working knowledge of HCM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
