Hiring Ecommerce Accountant
Job description
Must have knowledge of Ecommerce reconciliation like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Experience: 2-3 yrs.
Location: Dumdum Bangur.
Salary: 15-18k
Benefit: PF+ESIC
Primary knowledge of sales bill, purchase bill, cash flow, data entry, banking transactions, cheque entry, Taxable and documents management etc.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
Manage accounts payable and Ledger maintenance
Monthly ledger reconciliation with vendors
Preparing GST Returns and TDS working
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data is provided.
Conduct regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
Conduct weekly stock reconciliation and submit stock accuracy reports
Ensuring timely receipts of payments
Assist with budget planning and forecasting.
Participate in annual audits and respond to audit requests.
Desire Candidate:
Must have B.com
Must Know Tally and MS Excel
Have to work on experience on GST, TDS, Return File, ROC
Note: Must have knowledge of Ecommerce reconciliation like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
