• Process sales transactions with customers, including invoicing and payment collection, as well as manage diamond purchases from suppliers, verifying documentation and pricing.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, highlighting key performance indicators relevant to the diamond business.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific guidelines related to diamond trading.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard diamond inventory and prevent financial irregularities.
• Analyze diamond-related costs, including cutting and polishing expenses, to identify areas for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
