Handle day to day Accounting matters. - Preparing Invoices, Vouchers etc. - Maintaining statutory liabilities like , TDS , GST, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation. - Good Knowledge in entries of Purchase Bills, Sales Bills, Bank Entries (debit & credit). - Should be well versed with Tally software. - Timely and accurate preparation of financial accounts of the company in line with the laws, accounting standards and generally accepted practices. - Provides timely and effective information to management regarding performance of the company through various MIS reports. - Preparing Cash flow/ fund flow forecasts and planning the weekly/monthly fund availability. - Accounts Receivable Management- Collection & Debtors management Audit & Compliance. - Managing and facilitating periodic statutory and other audits. - Preparation of Budgets (Monthly / quarterly/ annual). - Accounts checking and verification. - Correspondence with the customers/Bank. - Handling all accounts related activity. - Handling Petty Cash. - To make all kind of payments for the company. - Payment follow up/forms follow up with customers/vendor/suppliers. - Preparing Daily MIS reports. - Preparation of Balance Sheet & submission of management reports. - Book keeping and inventory management. - Other work given by the Management. Desired Candidate must have:- - Excellent analytical skills with an ability to research and resolve complex problems. - Very good understanding of accounting & audit standards. - Should have proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) and strong interpersonal skills. - Should have good working experience on MS Word, MS Excel (Advance features), tax or any similar software for returns preparation & filing. - Good knowledge of Taxation, TDS & PF returns. - Team Work. - Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
