Roles and Responsibilities
Would be responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.
Handling the Team of BM , BOM , BSM..
New Client Acquisition & Business generation of Branch Banking/Retail Liability Business.
Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and managing overdue
collections.
Team Motivation/ Training.
Giving Product training to existing and newly hired teams.
Manage both internal & external channels for business expansion & development
Coordination with other departments like Credit, and Operations for processing of loans till final
disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
Shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process.
Shall be managing the entire Karnataka , AP & Telangana Region.
