Roles and Responsibilities
Undertake secured loan underwriting for customers in accordance with established policies and procedures to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage area business volume.
Engage in personal discussions with customers to assess their creditworthiness.
Monitor and contain front-end delinquencies by promptly contacting customers upon initial presentation.
Evaluate and verify the completion of credit/KYC documents through telephone calls, field collateral visits, and other necessary means.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Credit Evaluation: Assess customer creditworthiness through thorough evaluation and discussion.
Delinquency Management: Monitor and contain front-end delinquencies to minimize risk.
Documentation Verification: Verify the completion of credit/KYC documents to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should be proficient in assessing customer creditworthiness and have excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
