Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hotel Staff at Shine Airways. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Hotel Staff will also be involved in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, including room service and housekeeping.
A key aspect of this role is providing information to guests about hotel facilities and services, and responding to any queries or concerns they may have.
Requirements

Higher Secondary, Secondary School, or Vocational Course qualification
Good knowledge of Room Service, Hotel Executive, Hotel Staff, Hotel Operation, Guest Representative, and Guest Services
0 - 1 years of experience in a similar role
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring regular working hours, with opportunities for career development and advancement within the company.
