Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintaining Database of all the employees.
• Onboarding of New Joiners.
• Resolving queries related to salary, leave policy, medical policy and transfer policy PF withdrawal
• Handling exit formalities
• Closely working with the HRBPs regarding the exits
• Deactivation of the access cards for exit employees
• Ensure 100% closures of the F&F within the TAT
• Ensure that the employee handovers the company assets on time
• Coordinating with the employee for exit formalities and ensure they are aware about the timelines
• Coordinating with the finance team regarding the queries on F&F settlement, discrepancies, provident fund and Gratuity
• Handling queries of all internal stakeholders and revert to the same within a TAT of 24 hours
• Working on process enhancements and towards improvisation of the process
• Issue the relieving documents to ex-employee within the TAT
• Managing ex-employee verifications for the ex-employees
• Responsible for completing confidential BGV of Provana employees
• Maintenance of Records towards BGV report
• Gathering, compiling and analyzing relevant facts relevant to employees
• Will be responsible for the TAT & quality of the BGV process
• Will be responsible for the productivity
• Vendor management and administration management
• Controlling administration issues like NDA, vendor agreement, invoices renew agreement and ensuring timely adherence to statutory compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
Need excellent communication skills, with immediate joining OR 1 month notice period
Should be comfortable working in 70% DAY SHIFT & 30% NIGHT SHIFT
