Experience: Graduate Freshers as well as MBA Freshers
Job Responsibilities :
· End-to-end recruitment
· Build good working relationship with candidates
· Understand the core values of the company and its goals
· Calling on leads provided by the company
· Present the product favorably and in a structured professional manner over the call
· Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.
· Follow up with potential candidates.
· Generating Appointment Letters, Experience Letters and Relieving Letters
· Aligning interviews and taking their initial screening
Desired Candidate Profile :
· An empathic communicator with pleasant personality
· Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook
· Structured and process oriented
· Zeal for multitasking
