Build good working relationships with candidates
Understand the core values of the company and its goals
Calling on leads provided by the company
Present the product favourably and in a structured professional manner over the call
Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Follow up with potential candidates.
Aligning interviews and taking their initial screening
