Role & responsibilities
Understanding Hiring Needs and Planning:

2. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

• Advertise open positions:Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure they are visible to potential candidates.
3. Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

• Conduct initial phone screens:Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews:Arrange interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.

4. Other Responsibilities:
• Maintain HR databases: Keep track of candidate information and recruitment data in HR systems.
• Stay updated on hiring trends: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics: Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Communicate effectively: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Build relationships: Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive hiring experience.
