1. Should be good at Bulk hiring and Volume hiring
2. Should have good knowledge on Sourcing in different channels like Naukri, Shine and social Media Portals.
3. Zeal to work aggressively on batches delivery as per the time lines
4. Good at Vendor Management skills
Note : We are looking for Immediate joiners only from Non-IT Background (Bulk hiring & Volume hiring)
