Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WI, Madison, WI
Duration: 6 to 12+ months
Start Date: Nov 2026
Shift Schedule: 8 hrs/day
Qualification
Certifications/License: BLS, Any state Certified Phlebotomy Technician
Experience: minimum of one (1) year direct patient care experience performing venipunctures in a clinic or hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture by following published Laboratory procedures.
Collect adequate and properly labeled specimen
Properly determine current clinician orders in the computer, per Laboratory procedures
Perform waived and/or non-waived testing.
Process specimens for testing and/or shipment to another laboratory for testing.
Make contacts with patients, relatives, staff members, and coworkers in a concerned, compassionate and helpful manner.
Promote a harmonious and cooperative working environment in their interaction with co-workers and supervisors
