Greetings from Netscribes About Your Role: We are looking for an exceptional executive who is passionate about raising the performance bar, and who has the ability to drive new innovations in Operations. We are looking for an executive with the ability to think broadly and strategically understand customer behavior w.r.t search/browse. You will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations, from strategic to real-time. You will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of our search, browse, and merch experience through quality evaluation. You will be working and collaborating with the Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Data Scientists are expected to bring innovative ideas and initiate processes to measure or resolve issues related to Search, Browsing, merch, and recommendation along with user advocacy. Your Responsibilities - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account checkups for issues reported - Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams - Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions - Ensure all issues are properly logged - Prepare accurate and timely reports - Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals - Lead critical projects, work on key initiatives and help to transition a team to on-board program to compliance operation - Participate in WoW discussion around process improvement, business intelligence and tech/Product initiatives. - Understand the flow of online shopping in relation to product discovery and interpret the problem statements in a logical way or to define the problem statements easily understandable ways for actionable discourses - To collaborate with Business teams in understanding the respective discovery challenges and strategizing to manually intervene for discovery pains - Display remarkable qualities of ownership - Liaison with Internal Ops team within the catalog function, Tech team, Category Teams and category experts Preferred Qualifications - You should be a web-savvy/tech-savy individual who is a take-charge team player, as well as a quick learner and you are strongly interested in interpreting the whys and hows of Search - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to think adaptively and operate quickly in a dynamic Ops environment - An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired and ambiguity is the norm - Communication skills - Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems through simple means. Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data. - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. - Knowledge related to the e-commerce space in India and outside. Popular culture knowledge related to Lifestyle, Electronics, brands, and labels will be an added advantage - A bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or comparable business experience with technical background - Strong familiarity with the online retail space is mandatory Salary - upto Rs 1+k in hand 6 days working Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹1+,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Bengaluru - 560103, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Expected Start Date: 13/06/2026
