We are looking for a friendly and expansion-oriented front desk agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will play an important role in warmly welcome, providing efficient check-in/check-out services and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
• Greet the guests warmly and professionally on arrival and departure.
• Trutily handle the check-in and check-out processes, including the processing payment and release of room keys.
• Answer the phone call and answer guest inquiries in a humble and informative manner.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions and directions.
• Handle guest requests and complaints immediately and effectively, increasing issues for management if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with reservation and other administrative works as required.
• Ensure exact guest records and billing information.
Ability:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• A minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in using Hotel Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evening, weekend and holidays.
