Overhead Bill Management (Invoices & Provisions)
Verification of all kind of bills received from Vendors
Rectification and communication for bills with vendors/ inter department
Identification of TDS applicability & RCM applicability
Entry posting of all expenses invoices received
Coordination with inter departments & Vendors for Provisions
Entry posting of Provisions & Reversals thereof
Arranging Filling of Exp Bills with the help of Office Boy
Other activity related to Bills Management
Statutory compliance ( GST , TDS & TCS)
Data Preparation of GSTR-1 AND GSTR-3B
Reconciliation of Return data with Trail Bal and GSTN Ledger
Challan Creation for GST Payable
Filing OF GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B after verification by Finance Head
