HIRING FOR EXPEDIA VOICE PROCESS for Gurgaon location

PROFILE :
INBOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
RESPONSIBILITY:
Resolving queries of the customers related to the bookings and cancellation of flight tickets through chats, calls, and emails. This process is operating globally.
ELIGIBILITY :
ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS CAN APPLY
Graduates and Undergraduate candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in any International Voice / blended Process can apply.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
SALARY: 25500 in hand/monthly. 3.5 LPA.
Incentives up to 15 k/monthly.
OTHER DETAILS:
5 days working job.
2 days rotational off.
Rotational shifts(US Shifts) and rotational shifts.
Both side cabs are also provided by the company.
