Job Description:
As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring their safety and comfort during their journey. Your main duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming passengers at the check-in counter
- Assisting passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling
- Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, and any other inquiries
- Conducting security checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
- Handling any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinating with other ground staff and crew members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal
- Handling any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
