Day Shift with Sunday fixed off
Shift-+.30am to 6.30pm
Alternate Saturday off Sunday fixed off
Minimum 3+ yrs of experience in HR and Administration.
CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Based on experience and suitability)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead core HR initiatives and support administrative functions at our Churchgate office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
Handle employee relations, resolve queries, and maintain a positive work environment.
Manage leave records, ensure accuracy in payroll processing, and maintain compliance with HR and labor laws.
Maintain and update the CRM database regularly.
Draft proposals, engagement letters, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate with external consultants, social media managers, and content teams for newsletters, blogs, and other communication initiatives.
Support general administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor compliance, and payroll.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
