Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews and preparation of Recruitment Tracker/ MIS.
Documentation
Scheduling Interviews with senior in person or call or through VC.
Drafting mails
Working on excel on various reports.
Head hunting
Introduction of new staff into their work environment.
Assistance in the employee evaluation and processing of employees' issues
Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees.
Assisting senior HR staff.
Answering calls.
Qualification : MBA / BBA
