We are hiring experienced English tutors to teach students in Grades 1 to 12 across Indian & International curricula (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, Karnataka State Board, NIOS.). This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for educators with a strong command of the English language and experience teaching in an online setting.

Skills We are Looking For:
• Excellent command over English Grammar for Junior Grades - Articles, Vowels, Consonants, Basic Tenses, etc.
• Ability to simplify and deliver understanding on Middle Grade Grammar - Complex Tenses, Conjunctions, Interjections, Prepositions, Active & Passive Voices, Subject - Verb Agreement, etc.
• Ability inculcate extensive vocabulary and writing methods or practices for Letters (Formal & Informal), Notice Writing, Message Writing, Article/Essay/Paragraph Writing, Descriptive Writing, Persuasive Writing, Narrative Writing, Story Writing, Comprehension, etc.
What will be Your Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver interactive and curriculum-aligned online English classes (individual or group)
• Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments tailored to various boards
• Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Use tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and digital whiteboards effectively
• Adapt lessons to different learning styles, levels, and board-specific requirements
What Might Convince Us to Choose You:
• Minimum 5 years of total teaching experience
• Minimum 3 years of online tutoring experience
• B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred; Master’s degree in English or a related field is a strong plus
• Must currently reside in Bengaluru
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with online EdTech platforms is an added advantage
Freshers and non-teaching professionals will not be considered
Technical Requirements that Will Give You an Upper Hand:
• Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone
• Pen tablet or digital writing pad
• Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and digital whiteboards
Work Schedule That You Will Have:
• Flexible working hours
• Preference for availability during evenings and weekends
Compensation:
• Based on grade level, curriculum, experience, and class type (individual/group)
