We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Sourcing and Screening:
• Identify and shortlist potential candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to assess candidate qualifications.
• Scheduling Interviews:
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule telephonic or personal interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Feedback Collection and Candidate Engagement:
• Collect feedback from hiring managers and facilitate further processing of selected candidates.
• Negotiate salary and terms with successful candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Offer Processing:
• Complete necessary documentation and submit offers to Ops HR for release.
• Candidate Communication:
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Handle candidate backouts and have a pipeline of shortlisted candidates ready for immediate interview scheduling.
