Job Description
• Role Overview:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination and offer roll-out.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Help resolve employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
• HR Operations & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and data protection standards.
• Assist in policy development, documentation, and implementation.
• Performance Management:
• Coordinate performance review processes and assist managers in tracking goals and feedback.
• Support employee development initiatives and training program coordination.
• Payroll & Benefits:
• Liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Manage leave tracking and benefits administration.
• Respond to employee queries related to compensation, leaves, and benefits.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within technology or financial services.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, labour laws, and best practices.
• Proven ability to implement cost-saving measures in recruitment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and event-planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in HR management or relevant legal compliance.
• Previous experience working in tech startups or fintech environments.
