SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting for a Year 3 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start immediately.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
The school is a lively, 3-form entry Primary School located in the London Borough of Hounslow (Feltham). The school is proud to offer a diverse and challenging curriculum that prepares students for secondary school, and the world beyond formal education. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Year 3 HLTA, you will need to:
• Support in Year 3 each day
• Run and prepare interventions
• Cover whole classes/ teach- delivering the Year 3 curriculum at least twice a week (and more if there is any absence)
• Be part of the Year 3 team for planning and meetings
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience as a HLTA
• Ideally hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have a desire to encourage student aspiration
• Be able to provide students with opportunities for success, and encourage them to take risks with their learning tasks
• Be able to work 1:1 or in small groups when required
• Have the ability to cover/teach Year 3 classes when required
• Be able to plan and resource as part of a team, and work in collaboration
• Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and staff
