As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, working with small groups or individual students to ensure they achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored support to students both inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist in lesson planning and preparation.
• Lead small group and whole-class teaching sessions when required.
• Work closely with teachers to assess student progress and development.
• Provide pastoral care and support to ensure the well-being of all students.
• Engage with parents and carers to foster a collaborative approach to student success.
