Preparation of Job Description/ KRAs/KPIs

QMS / Statutory Compliance
Support to HR policy formulation and framework
Implementation of HR policy
Liaison & coordination with Govt / Statutory & regulatory bodies
Necessary adherence to the compliance process and documentation
Specific demands on the job : Need to Stretch, Weekend Availability, Travelling and Result Oriented KPIs to achieve.
