Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Holiday Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling international and domestic holiday packages, excellent customer service skills, and a deep knowledge of world geography and holiday destinations. This role involves planning, selling, and managing travel itineraries, addressing customer queries, and driving sales through effective strategies and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Package Sales: Sell international and domestic holiday packages to customers, ensuring that their travel needs and preferences are met. Provide detailed information and recommendations about destinations and tour packages.
Customer Support: Attend to customer inquiries regarding holiday packages via email and phone calls. Provide prompt and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Itinerary Planning: Plan, describe, arrange, and sell customized itinerary tour packages. Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure the seamless execution of travel arrangements.
Geographical Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of world geography and worldwide holiday destinations to advise customers and create appealing travel options.
Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to sell Non-Air Products (NAP) and solutions to generate revenue for the organization. Present new and existing products and services to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster, maintain, and expand the customer base by building and maintaining strong rapport with key customers. Identify and target new customers through networking, references, and cold calling.
Sales Planning: Achieve sales objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling international holiday operations. Proven track record in selling travel packages and managing customer relationships.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through effective planning, goal setting, and performance analysis.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
