Required Skills:
• Expertise in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga instruction
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt sessions for varying skill levels
• Effective communication skills to foster a welcoming and supportive environment
• Familiarity with mindfulness, breathwork practices, and meditation techniques
• Passion for promoting wellness with an understanding of Indian traditions and practices
• Relevant certifications in yoga instruction or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in yoga and meditation instruction
Content creation will include recording various types of content such as yoga flows, meditation sessions, and pranayama/breathwork exercises.
