We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to clients in their homes. This role requires a strong commitment to quality care and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of each client.
Duties
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an in-home caregiver
