Job Profile: Logistics Supervisor – Cold Chain Sample Pickup
Overview: docOPD Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and motivated
Logistics Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of our cold supply
chain, ensuring the timely and efficient pickup of medical samples from partners and
phlebotomists and their safe delivery to our laboratory in Noida. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on
cold chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily pickup of
medical samples from various partners and phlebotomists, ensuring they are
handled and transported under proper cold chain conditions.
• Route Optimization: Develop and implement efficient pickup routes to ensure
timely delivery of samples to the laboratory, minimizing delays and maximizing
efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues related to sample
pickup or transportation, including delays, compliance issues, or other logistical
challenges.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable compliance
policies and ensure adherence to safety regulations and government policies
related to the transportation of medical samples.
• Coordination: Liaise with partners, phlebotomists, customer service, and other
departments to ensure smooth operations and clear communication across all
teams.
• Documentation & Reporting: Review invoices, dispute discrepancies, authorize
payments, and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related
field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management,
preferably in cold chain logistics.
• Skills:
• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
