Your Responsibilities:
Personal Care Activities: Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, eating, dressing/shaving, and preparing meals and snacks.
Housekeeping Activities: Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, and laundry.
Additional Patient-Specific Activities:
Medication Reminders: Help patients stay on track with their medication schedules.
Exercise and Diet Assistance: Accompany patients to medical appointments and assist with prescribed exercises and special diets.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent: Preferably three years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare.
Effective Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile.
