Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care services to clients in South Florida. This role involves working closely with clients, their families, and assigned coordinators to deliver necessary assistance and support within the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and maintain cleanliness after mealtime
Assist with mobility and transfers
Remind clients about medication schedules
Support with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
Report any changes in client condition to the agency promptly
Requirements:
Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Assistant licensure
Valid government-issued ID and Social Security card
Medical clearance from a physician
