Job Summary
The Home and Community Based Services Aide is responsible for providing support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their own homes.
This role involves reporting observations of the client's condition, notifying the Agency Director of any incidents or accidents, and driving safely while complying with traffic regulations.
You will also provide or assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and skin care. Experience in home care is preferred, and PCA or HHA certification in the state of NY is required.
