About Our Customers: Our customers are aged care recipients who require support with daily living activities to continue living in their own homes. They may have physical or cognitive disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other health conditions that require ongoing care and support.
Your Responsibilities: As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing meals and snacks, managing medications, and providing emotional support and companionship.
What Skills Do You Need? To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing person-centered care. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
