In the role of Home Lending Executive, you will join a team that’s doubling down on customer obsession; we move with speed, keep it simple and win together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Partner with customers to provide expert advice and guidance on NAB’s home loan possibilities.
Manage end-to-end lending processes, ensuring speedy and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and established clients, working closely to understand their financial goals.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, all driven to provide outstanding results.
Leverage innovative technology to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Proven experience in home lending, demonstrating customer obsession in everything you do!
Strong knowledge of lending products and the mortgage industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
