Urban Money is a financial technology (fintech) platform that specializes in providing loan advisory services, connecting individuals and businesses with various lenders to find suitable loan products. They offer a range of services including home loans, personal loans, business loans, and insurance, acting as a loan broker to facilitate the entire loan process from selection to disbursement. Urban Money aims to simplify the borrowing process by leveraging technology and providing dedicated support throughout the lending lifecycle
Role Description
This is a full-time Home Loan Consultant role, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Home Loan Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the home loan process, from product selection to loan disbursement. Daily tasks will include assessing client needs, providing loan options, managing documentation, advising on mortgage and finance-related issues, and offering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience in Loans, Finance, and Mortgage Lending
• Proficiency in Loan Origination and Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client portfolios
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
