• Location: Mumbai West, Mumbai Central, Thane
• Experience: 8-15 years
• Salary: 8 - 11l
• Qualification: any graduate
• Working Days: 6 days working
• Number of openings: 3
Job Description:
• Responsible for executing business plans in Home Loans domain in the city of operation. Maintain strong relationships on demand and supply side.
• Deliver set financial and growth objectives for the business by deepening developer relationships, optimising connector & DSA business, maintaining strong portfolio and growing the business.
• Hold meetings with developers along with city Leads. Visit top projects.
• Analyze the data of performance (HL as % of total cases), leakages etc.
• Supervise HL agents at project sites
• Bring innovative & customized schemes in conjunction with partners
• Provide trainings to teams
• Ensure high CSAT: Establish organisation's presence and influence developers with organisation value/ business proposition. Ensure high degree of execution excellence.
• Maintain relationships with connector and DSA partners across the city.
• Work closely with the developer partners, understand areas of opportunities and work with leadership team to create customized solutions for developers and their customers.
